- By attending, all participants are bound by these Terms & Conditions listed.
- Vehicle entries will only be considered if category criteria is met and your application is fully completed including payment in full.
- The organisers have the right to refuse entry to any vehicle deemed unsuitable for the theme of the event.
- In the unlikely event your entry is declined during the application process, you will be issued a full refund.
- All entries purchased are final. Please ensure you and your ride can attend the event before submitting your entry. If you can no longer attend and someone else cannot bring your vehicle to the event refunds will be issued at the discretion of organisers.
- In the occurrence that the event is cancelled or rescheduled, Entrants will be contacted directly with options for a refund or credit towards the next event.
- The organisers have the right to ask any participant to leave the venue should their personal behaviour or driving behaviour be considered dangerous or in a manner which may bring the event, venue or any associated entity into disrepute.
- No antisocial behaviour, including no abuse physical or verbal towards organisers or any other person attending the event.
- Participants authorise the organisers to photograph, film or record and reproduce in any medium the vehicles and people participating, and acknowledge that the organisers have the free and unrestricted right of use of this media.
- Promotion by participants of businesses or other events in any manner at LowWest may only take place with the prior permission of the organisers.
- The venue is a No Smoking venue and participants are expected to adhere to this.
- Please keep the venue clean and tidy and use the bins provided.
- The organisers reserve the right to amend or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time.
